Cancellation Policy

When accepting bookings online we will ask for your credit or debit card details to secure the reservation. No charges are made to your card to secure the booking, and your details are encrypted and stored securely in our PCI-compliant Payment Gateway.

We reserve the right to charge a fee of £20 per person in the event of a same day cancellation or no show.
